Convenient downtown location with easy access to plenty of restaurants, shops, and Chicago ❤️.

The room was brand-new, had central heating, television and a seating area. Location: the hotel was close to a platform like most hotels and various restaurants and shopping and Willowbrook. We went out for dinner, found Balduccis, it was within easy walking distance of the property.

Brand-new and beautifully maintained rooms and large bathrooms. Comfortable beds, warm breakfast. Comfortable location in downtown area, close to a platform, and the downtown area.

The rooms were brand-new and spacious with large bathrooms. Good hot breakfast was a bonus. This was a particularly good location so close to various restaurants and shopping as well as a platform like most hotels.

Walking distance from the bar.

The bathrooms are too small. I didn't like sitting on the toilet and having the T.P. roll jammed into my arm. The continental breakfast left something to be desired also.

Convenient. Generally acceptable for the budget price. Was able to find a room at last minute notice.

The room service was unacceptable. Towels were not replaced. The coffee maker was not properly prepared for service. Our reservation was misplaced, causing confusion and delay at check-in time.

This place offers a hot breakfast and plenty of amenities, it's conveniently located near restaurants and shopping areas.

There were only two large towels left in the room, and no wash cloths that was discovered when we went to take a shower.

The price was right as well as the location. This is a very clean facility. The staff very helpful in answering our questions.

The mattress was too firm for me, but my husband thought it was just right.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. There are plenty of dining options nearby, such as Balduccis, which is just a 15-minute walk away. I enjoyed my stay at this affordable hotel.
